I’m going to be honest; I am a work in progress – as a wife, a mother, a wellness practitioner and a divine being living this human experience. I don’t have all the answers or a magic wand to fix your situation. I do have almost 20 years’ experience in helping people achieve their goals whether it’s in business, work, education, financial

I’m going to be honest; I am a work in progress – as a wife, a mother, a wellness practitioner and a divine being living this human experience. I don’t have all the answers or a magic wand to fix your situation. I do have almost 20 years’ experience in helping people achieve their goals whether it’s in business, work, education, financially or life. It’s been the theme of my corporate career. I have always helped others do something they couldn’t do alone. Coach, mentor, advisor, teacher, manager – underneath those titles, I’m just me. And now I bring my natural empathy and passion for helping others to the wellness space, because I understand what it’s like not to be okay.  


Sometimes it feels like resilience is my middle name. Like Chumbawamba’s song I get knocked down has been the theme song to my life.

I know what it feels like to not want to get out of bed because life simply feels too overwhelming, to be too anxious to check emails from your angry ex-partner, to have toxic family members that make you feel worthless. I understand how it feels to be invisible, to be lost in the roles of mother, wife, daughter, sister, employee, business owner, caretaker, problem fixer. 


It took me too many years to realise I was a people pleaser who put everyone else’s needs first and that I had lost myself in a life built on the expectations of others. But I know how to get back up and shine bright, despite all of it. I can help you create balance and carve out space for you. I can be your cheerleader and remind you exactly why you and your needs matter.

I understand it’s impossible (and frankly unhealthy) to try to be happy all the time. However, you can choose to focus on the good in your life and act from a place of gratitude, even if it’s only for the small things, to find little pieces of happiness in each day.

Getting to know me - 7 random facts

  1. I love to learn and can't seem to stop taking courses or reading. I have a bad habit of starting new books before finishing others! Don't judge me when I share that I counted up just now and have 6 books on the go at the moment.
  2. I share a blended family of 5 kids (now all teenagers or adults - how did that happen?) with my second husband. Our home is a combo of fun, drama, meltdowns and love, because it's virtually impossible to have all 5 of our kids happy at once.
  3. I skydived in Hawaii in 2016 and loved it! Yes, that's actually me in the photo up above, living life and showing my daughters you can do anything. It was a bucket list activity for me, ticked off 10 months after my mum's unexpected death at 59 when I got the reminder of just how short life is.
  4. I love to cook and have had to adapt recipes a lot the last 2 years due to a gluten intolerance. My nonna is likely rolling in her grave, but it's okay as I have perfected making gluten free pizza bases, lasagna sheets and gnocchi. 
  5. I have 2 fur babies - Bailey a mischievous beagle and Lulu our lovable groodle.
  6. I love being by the beach as it grounds me, but don't really like being in the water.
  7. I am organised chaos! I meal plan and have to do lists, but am terrible at keeping my space tidy.
