I’m going to be honest; I am a work in progress – as a wife, a mother, a wellness practitioner and a divine being living this human experience. I don’t have all the answers or a magic wand to fix your situation. I do have almost 20 years’ experience in helping people achieve their goals whether it’s in business, work, education, financially or life. It’s been the theme of my corporate career. I have always helped others do something they couldn’t do alone. Coach, mentor, advisor, teacher, manager – underneath those titles, I’m just me. And now I bring my natural empathy and passion for helping others to the wellness space, because I understand what it’s like not to be okay.
Sometimes it feels like resilience is my middle name. Like Chumbawamba’s song I get knocked down has been the theme song to my life.
I know what it feels like to not want to get out of bed because life simply feels too overwhelming, to be too anxious to check emails from your angry ex-partner, to have toxic family members that make you feel worthless. I understand how it feels to be invisible, to be lost in the roles of mother, wife, daughter, sister, employee, business owner, caretaker, problem fixer.
It took me too many years to realise I was a people pleaser who put everyone else’s needs first and that I had lost myself in a life built on the expectations of others. But I know how to get back up and shine bright, despite all of it. I can help you create balance and carve out space for you. I can be your cheerleader and remind you exactly why you and your needs matter.
